What your AI employee can help you do
Connect useful business jobs to the capabilities included in your own setup.
Start with work you want off your plate. Then check whether your employee has the information, access, and agreed responsibilities needed to do it.
There is no single feature list that describes every CubiCrew installation. Your handoff and job description define your starting point. The examples below show useful ways to think about the work, not a promise that every tool is connected or every job is ready to run.
Turn information into a useful first draft
Section titled “Turn information into a useful first draft”Your employee may help turn material you provide into a summary, an outline, or a draft you can review. The benefit is a clearer starting point for a decision or deliverable.
Give it the relevant source, the purpose of the work, and the form of the result you want. Check important facts against the source before using the result.
Try next: Give a clear job or find and share files.
Prepare a follow-up or a meeting
Section titled “Prepare a follow-up or a meeting”If this work is included in your setup, your employee may prepare a follow-up draft, organize meeting information, or identify questions from the material you share.
Preparing a message does not mean sending it. Preparing meeting information does not mean your calendar or meeting recordings are connected. Agree on the source and the human review point before the work begins.
Try next: Draft a follow-up or prepare for a meeting.
Apply your way of working
Section titled “Apply your way of working”Examples of good work help your employee understand the result you expect. You can explain preferred wording, required sections, and details that need your review.
Check how those preferences are recorded in your setup. Then test them on another small job. A useful revision today is a starting point for a more dependable process, not proof that every preference will always be remembered.
Try next: Teach your preferences.
Repeat an agreed job
Section titled “Repeat an agreed job”A repeatable job has a clear starting point, required information, expected result, and way to handle exceptions. Some setups include scheduled work or connected tools. Others need you to start the job through the agreed channel.
First make one run useful. Then confirm how repetition is configured, where results will appear, and what happens when information or approval is missing.
Try next: Repeat a job.
Keep decisions in the right hands
Section titled “Keep decisions in the right hands”Your employee’s job description should make clear what it can prepare, what it can do, and what needs your approval. The useful question is: “What can I confidently hand off, and what will I check?”
Use review and approve to establish that checkpoint. If you want a new tool or responsibility added, discuss the change through your handoff’s support route before relying on it.
