Open your employee
Find the right access link, sign in, and establish where you will work and review results.
Begin with the access link in your CubiCrew handoff. This learning website is public, but your employee and its files may require sign-in. The learning website does not sign you in to your employee.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Have your handoff available and use the email address that was given access. If someone on your team needs their own access, follow the account process in your handoff or contact CubiCrew Support. Sharing your password is not the way to add a teammate.
Your setup may provide different links for conversation, work tracking, or files. Their sign-in steps can differ. Keep the original labels from your handoff so you know which link serves which purpose.
Open the right place
Section titled “Open the right place”- Follow the employee access link in your handoff. Check that the address matches before entering account details.
- Complete the sign-in steps provided for that account. If a verification message is expected, check the inbox for the approved address.
- Confirm that the employee or workspace shown matches your handoff.
- Start a conversation to establish where to give work and where finished work will appear.
I am getting oriented. Explain where I should give you work and where I should look for finished work in our current setup. Tell me if any access or connection still needs CubiCrew Support. Do not change anything.
What you should see
Section titled “What you should see”You should reach your own employee and receive an understandable answer. The answer should describe your current setup or clearly identify what needs confirmation. Treat it as orientation, not as permission to change account settings or connect additional services.
Once the link works, save it as a browser bookmark with a name you will recognize, such as “My CubiCrew employee.” Save separate file or work links with distinct names if your handoff includes them.
If you cannot get in
Section titled “If you cannot get in”Return to the original handoff rather than guessing another address. Check that you are using the intended account. Avoid repeatedly changing settings when you do not know which sign-in step failed.
Contact the support route listed in your handoff with the page name, the step that failed, the time, and the visible error. Do not send one-time sign-in links, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive material visible behind the error.
Before you move on
Section titled “Before you move on”- I can open the employee named in my handoff.
- I know which account has access.
- I have saved the working link and the support route.
Next, prepare a small set of information for your first job. On your next visit, use the saved link so opening your employee becomes an ordinary part of starting work.
