Fix a problem
I cannot open my AI employee
Find the right access route and narrow down a sign-in or connection problem.
Being able to read this help site does not mean you are signed in to your AI employee. The learning site is public. Your employee and business files use the access arrangements provided with your setup.
Your next useful step is to identify where access stops. You do not need to understand how the system was built.
Start with your handoff information
Section titled “Start with your handoff information”Find the original message or document that explains how to reach your employee. Use that link, app, or account. An old bookmark, another person’s link, or the main CubiCrew website may take you somewhere else.
If you cannot find those instructions, ask for help. Say that you need your access instructions confirmed. Do not guess a replacement address.
Notice which problem you have
Section titled “Notice which problem you have”- The page will not open: confirm that another familiar website opens on the same device. Note whether you see a blank page, a connection message, or an error.
- The page opens but asks you to sign in: use the account named in your handoff. If you have several accounts, check which one is active.
- You are signed in but cannot see your employee: note the name of the page or workspace you can see. This may be the wrong account or a permissions issue.
- Your employee opens but does not respond: access may be working even though the work is not. Follow work has not arrived.
Write down the exact error wording and the time it appeared. Those two details are more useful than repeated sign-in attempts.
Make one careful retry
Section titled “Make one careful retry”After checking the address and account, try the documented route once more. If it works, save the confirmed link somewhere you already look during the workday.
If your handoff requires a dedicated device to be available, check the power and connection indicators described there. Avoid changing shared network settings or reinstalling anything to solve an unclear access problem.
Know when to stop
Section titled “Know when to stop”Stop when the same error returns or when the next step would require a password, permission, or setting you do not control. Send the page name, the error wording, and whether it ever worked before. Keep one-time sign-in links, passwords, and access codes out of your message.
You are back on track when: you can open the correct employee through your confirmed access route. Then give it one small job to check that work can begin.
